Resumen
La presente investigación posee como objetivo difundir los roles fundamentales que ofrecen las incubadoras en la ciudad de Guayaquil brindando una visión amplia en cuanto a su funcionamiento, fundamentado en el estudio y análisis de las incubadoras de empresas. En virtud de ello, fue trascendental efectuar un abordaje teórico, conceptual, y legal respecto a este tema, que otorgan una visión más clara de la finalidad que poseen las mismas, al trabajar en impulsar y desarrollar proyectos de negocio de manera productiva, manteniendo el alcance de lograr identificar y analizar las caracterizaciones de las incubadoras de las empresas que existen en la actualidad en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Ante la trascendencia que se ha revelado en los resultados investigativos y la importancia de las incubadoras dentro del desarrollo económico del Ecuador, se consideró que la mejor forma de brindar un aporte a los emprendedores que acuden a las incubadoras, es mediante la elaboración de guía para estos nuevos emprendedores, en el cual se destaque aspectos primordiales y de gran utilidad que los oriente para aprovechar el apoyo e impulso que confieren estas incubadoras de empresas, dando la oportunidad de tener un conocimiento previo y adecuado, con el cual obtengan mayores ventajas, beneficios, que les permita fortalecer las ideas de negocio del emprendedor, siendo la mencionada guía, el aporte fundamental del trabajo investigativo, al poder difundir las caracterizaciones de las incubadoras para aquellas personas que están ingresando al mundo empresarial, identificando y seleccionando adecuadamente las propuestas que se acople a sus necesidades.
The objective of this research is to disseminate the fundamental roles offered by incubators in the city of Guayaquil, providing a broad vision of their operation, based on the study and analysis of business incubators. By virtue of this, it was transcendental to carry out a theoretical, conceptual, and legal approach to this subject, which provides a clearer vision of the purpose that they possess, by working to promote and develop business projects in a productive manner, maintaining the scope to identify and analyze the characterizations of the incubators of the companies that currently exist in the city of Guayaquil. Given the importance that has been revealed in the research results and the importance of incubators within the economic development of Ecuador, it was considered that the best way to provide a contribution to entrepreneurs who come to incubators is through the development of a guide for these new entrepreneurs, in which essential and very useful aspects are highlighted that guide them to take advantage of the support and impulse that these business incubators confer, giving the opportunity to have prior and adequate knowledge, with which they obtain greater advantages, benefits , that allows them to strengthen the business ideas of the entrepreneur, being the aforementioned guide, the fundamental contribution of the investigative work, by being able to spread the characterizations of the incubators for those people who are entering the business world, identifying and selecting appropriately the proposals that are fit your needs.
