Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo principal “Diseñar un Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para la empresa ESTRUCTURAS CCKLAERE S.A” la cual se dedica a la fabricación de estructuras metálicas, para el desarrollo de la propuesta se aplicó la evaluación del cumplimiento técnico legal 2022-V3 que proporciona el Ministerio de Trabajo dando como resultados un porcentaje de cumplimiento bajo del 30%, por lo tanto se evidencia el desinterés en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, también se evaluaron los riesgos mediante la utilización de la Matriz INSTH con metodología IPERC, para la calificación de los diferentes tipos de riesgos existentes como son los mecánicos, químicos y físicos, obteniéndose la magnitud y nivel del riesgo, la finalidad de esta propuesta es basarse en el cumplimiento de normativa legal vigente para controlar y prevenir los respectivos riesgos presentes en el área de producción.
The main objective of this project is to design an occupational health and safety plan for the company ESTRUCTURAS CCKLAERE S.A which is dedicated to the manufacturing of metal structures. The evaluation of legal technical compliance 2022-V3, provided by the Ministry of Labor, was applied for the development of the proposal. The result obtained was 30%, a low percentage of compliance therefore, the lack of interest in occupational health and safety is evident, inside the production area. The risks were also evaluated using the INSTH Matrix with methodology IPERC for the qualification of the different current risks, such as mechanical, chemical, and physical, obtaining the magnitude and level of risk of each one. The purpose of this proposal is to achieve compliance with current legal regulations, as well as to control and prevent risks present in the production area, to keep all workers safe and healthy, every day.
