Resumen
El objetivo del presente estudio es diseñar el estudio técnico económico para la creación de una empresa que elabore harina de arroz y soya como alimento infantil en la ciudad de Guayaquil, se efectuó la investigación de campo donde se analiza la caracterización y la aceptación de producto por medio de las encuesta, luego se realiza el estudio de mercado para determinar demanda, la oferta se la relaciono con la producción nacional, importaciones y exportaciones de los 10 años anteriores, con los cuales se determina la demanda satisfecha, el precio y los canales de distribución. Se realizó el estudio técnico del que se establece la localización, la ubicación. El Área de la Planta será de 560 m², el mercado local se abastece por importaciones, ya que no existe producción nacional de este tipo de harina según INEN, en la ingeniería del proyecto se eligió las maquinarias y equipos adecuados para el proceso productivo, donde la primera producción anual será de 6.394,44 Tm. La inversión fija llega a $ 116.330,00 y el capital de operaciones $ 379.674,10 lo cual será cubierto con un 60% del capital propio y un financiamiento del 40% que equivale a $ 198.401,64. Los costos unitarios del producto se ubican en $ 0,55, llegando a establecer el precio de venta en $ 0,88 con una utilidad a distribuir de 0,33% del total de ventas. Con todos los datos obtenidos se realizó un estudio financiero para determinar la inversión total en $ 496.004,10. Un VAN de $ 751.357,93 (VAN>0) y una TIR de 51% por lo que indica que si se puede realizar la inversión. Finalmente se demostró que el presente proyecto es viable.
The purpose of this study is to generate a technical and economic study for the opening of a company that produce an infant food composed of rice and soy in the city of Guayaquil, the field research analyzes the acceptance of the product, which was carried out by a survey in the city of Guayaquil, the market study of related products was performed to determine the demand and supply in the Guayaquil area which included domestic production, imports and exports within the ten previous years, this analysis will give the unmet demand, prices and distribution channels. The location of the plant is determined through a technical study of various variables. The area of the plant will be 560 m2 and the local market is supplied by imports, as there is not domestic production of this nutrient according to INEN, the engineering study is conducted to the selection of the machinery and equipment necessary for the production process. The first annual production will be 6,393.44 tons, the fixed investment reaches $116,330.00, the working capital is $379,674.10, that represents the 60% of the investment that will be covered by local investors and the remaining 40%, that amounts to $198,401.64, will be financed by a local bank. The unit cost of the product is set at $0.55 and the selling price at $0.88; these values give a benefit of 0.33%. An economic and financial study was carried out to determine an NPV of $751,357.93 (NPV>0) and an IRR of 51% indicating that the project is feasible.
