Resumen
El propósito de este estudio de investigación es crear un plan de Seguridad Industrial para
reducir los riesgos laborales en la empresa "A/C Import". Se llevó a cabo la identificación
de los peligros y la evaluación de los riesgos asociados a los procesos de mantenimiento,
reparación e instalación de sistemas de climatización en empresas, centros comerciales y
domicilios mediante el uso de la matriz IPER y la metodología NTP 330. Posteriormente se
utilizó el diagrama Ishikawa y el diagrama de Pareto para analizar los resultados. Se
identificaron un total de 69 peligros, de los cuales el 71% eran riesgos moderados, 23% de
riesgo importante y 6% eran de riesgo crítico. Finalmente, se estimó que la inversión total
necesaria para implementar el plan sería de $6,238.6 y que el beneficio-coste sería de 6,64.
The purpose of this research study is to create an Industrial Safety Plan to reduce occupational hazards at "A/C Import" company. The identification of hazards and the evaluation of risks associated with the processes of maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning systems in companies, shopping centers, and homes were carried out using the IPER matrix and the NTP 330 methodology.
