Resumen
El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo establecer sistemas que permitan describir el nivel de calidad de los servicios de salud, para posteriormente implementar estrategias arquitectónicas que cubran las necesidades médicas en el cantón de Santa Lucía.
Para ello, se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva sobre el uso de las estrategias sostenibles ecológicamente, así como la implementación de técnicas de arquitectura modular y prefabricada, se realizaron entrevistas y encuestas a gente del cantón Santa Lucía.
Los resultados indican que la población se encuentra insatisfecha con los servicios de atención médica actuales, cuya principal inconformidad es la falta de especialidades médicas, así como la falta de áreas verdes en la zona. Mientras que los arquitectos entrevistados sostienes que la idea es viable siempre y cuando se considere el aspecto del mantenimiento de los recursos implementados con el uso de energía renovable.
En conclusión, la implementación de estrategias de sostenibilidad ecológica en un hospital básico en el cantón Santa Lucía puede tener un impacto positivo en la salud de los pacientes, el medio ambiente y la comunidad en general.
The objective of this thesis work is to establish systems that allow describing the level of quality of health services, to subsequently implement architectural strategies that cover medical needs in the canton of Santa Lucía, province of Guayas. For this, an exhaustive bibliographic review was carried out on the use of ecologically sustainable strategies, as well as the implementation of prefabricated and vernacular modular architecture techniques, interviews and surveys were carried out with people from the Santa Lucía canton. The results indicate that the population is dissatisfied with the current health care services, whose main disagreement is the lack of medical specialties, as well as the lack of green areas and adequate ventilation in the area. While the architects interviewed maintain that the idea could be viable, as long as the aspect of maintenance of the resources implemented with the use of renewable energy is considered. In conclusion, the implementation of ecological sustainability strategies in a basic hospital in the Santa Lucía canton can have a positive impact on the health of patients, the environment, and the community in general.
