Resumen
El siguiente proyecto para la agencia de viajes está enfocado en automatizar la gestiónde
reservas de viajes y estadías. El sistema web a implementarse permitirá beneficiar al
personal de la agencia de viajes ya que facilitará y agilizará los procesos que ellos realizanen
su trabajo; también se beneficiará a turistas y nuevas personas que quieran obtener servicios
de la agencia al realizar el proceso de reservas.
Para el desarrollo del sistema web se empleó la metodología Iconix donde se puede ir
revisando los requerimientos, el análisis el diseño y de ahí su implementación. Para el
almacenamiento de la información se utilizó MySQL brindando control y seguridad de los
datos controlando que sean manipulados solo por el personal autorizado.
Concluyendo el sistema web a implementar proporcionará ayuda sustancial en los procesos
que se realizan diariamente.
