Resumen
El estudio denominado “Factores Que Dificultaron El Proceso De Intervención Del Programa Desarrollado Al Manejo Del Estrés En Época De COVID19 Realizadas En Una Fundación”, se estableció bajo el eje, ¿Cuáles son los factores que dificultan el desarrollo de la fase de intervención Psicoeducativa en una fundación modalidad online? Su finalidad consistió en analizar los factores tanto contextuales, como tecnológicos e individuales, que dificultaron dicha fase, lográndose a su vez, obtener un análisis adecuado a través de una confirmación de resultados, a fin de contrastar el eje y consolidar nuestra experiencia. Este trabajo fue realizado con una metodología cualitativa, bajo un diseño de sistematización de experiencias. La administración de los instrumentos utilizados, fueron: talleres y encuestas, los cuales permitieron obtener información pertinente que evidenció las dificultades que afectaron a interventores y colaboradores en este programa
The study entitled "Factors that hindered the intervention process of the stress management program developed in the period of COVID19 conducted in a foundation", was established under the axis "What are the factors that hinder the development of the psychoeducational intervention phase in an online foundation? Its purpose was to analyze several factors such as contextual, technological, individual, among others, that hindered the phase, in turn, the analysis was enriched through a confirmation of results to contrast the axis and effectively understand our experience. This work was carried out with a qualitative methodology under an experience systematization design. The administration of the instruments used were: workshops and surveys, which allowed us to obtain optimal results that evidenced the difficulties that affected the interveners and collaborators.
