Resumen
El objetivo de esta tesis es realizar un Plan de Negocios para desarrollar una empresa que ofrecerá un sistema para dar seguimiento a los graduados de la facultad de Ingeniería Industrial con el fin de conocer las condiciones en la que se desempeñan los graduados en el campo laboral, se han puesto en práctica los conocimientos que la Universidad les proporcionó, si ejercen en algo referente a su carrera o si han tenido que aprender nuevas cosas para así mejorar día a día en su actividad laboral, además, que piensan de los conocimientos que les impartieron sus docentes, si fueron los adecuados y si les han sido de ayuda al momento de ejercer en el ámbito laboral. Esta información servirá para que las Universidades conozcan las fortalezas y. La empresa va a contar con dos socios que se van a encargar de cubrir el mercado de las Universidades de la provincia del Guayas, se va a invertir un valor de $ 18.140,02 va a tener una Tasa Interna de Retorno de 36,23% y un Valor Actual Neto de $ 7.144,25 y la inversión se va a recuperar en 2 años y ocho meses.
