Resumen
La siguiente propuesta de titulación es una mejora en el sistema de reparación de unidades de contenedores frigoríficos de la empresa Opacif, que nace con la finalidad de mejorar la cantidad de unidades de contenedores reparados de refrigeración por parte del personal técnico y la cantidad de unidades inspeccionadas de la línea Maersk, y así brindar un mejor servicio para el cliente de la línea. Para lograr los objetivos de la propuesta es necesario tener datos e información de las actividades y procesos del personal operativo de refrigeración, y así ver las falencias del sistema actual y lo que ocasiona los retrasos de las unidades reparadas, y compararlos con la mejora propuesta y ver los veneficios que tendrá la empresa aplicarlo, ya que el propósito de la metodología es tener una mayor cantidad de unidades reparadas e inspeccionadas. La propuesta se sustenta gracias al estudio y análisis de los procesos actuales y de la elaboración de un mejor sistema operativo de refrigeración e inspección mediante mejoras continuas, BPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5s, estudio de tiempos, análisis de procesos, flujogramas, diagramas de Pareto, Ishikawua. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior la empresa Opacif-Maersk tendrá veneficios y también mejorar el servicio.
The following titration proposal is an improvement in the system of repair of refrigerated container units of the company Opacif, which was born with the aim of improving the number of repaired refrigeration container units by the technical staff and the number of inspected units of the Maersk line, and thus provide better service for the customer of the line. In order to achieve the objectives of the proposal, it is necessary to have data and information on the activities and processes of the operating refrigeration personnel, and thus to see the shortcomings of the current system and what causes the delays of the repaired units, and compare them with the proposed improvement and see the beneficious that the company will have to apply it, since the purpose of the methodology is to have a greater number of repaired and inspected units. The proposal is supported by the study and analysis of current processes and the development of a better operating system of refrigeration and inspection through continuous improvements, BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5s, time study, process analysis, flowcharts, Pareto diagrams, Ishikawa, and trainings. Taking into account the above the company Opacif-Maersk will have beneficious and also improve the service.
