Resumen
El trabajo de investigación científica que se presenta en la tesis, fue realizar un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de la evolución del número de contribuyentes que se acogieron al RISE en el período 2008 – 2012, en el Cantón Manta, y cómo ha evolucionado la recaudación del impuesto y el peso que tienen en la Provincia y en el país. Además, se hace énfasis en la importancia de las actividades económicas acogidas al RISE y se plantea una propuesta para mejorar la aplicación del impuesto.
The scientific research work presented in the thesis was to carry out a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the evolution of the number of taxpayers who took advantage of the RISE in the period 2008 - 2012, in the Manta Canton, and how the collection of the RISE has evolved. tax and the weight they have in the Province and in the country.
