Resumen
El presente proyecto muestra el “Diseño de un mercado sostenible para la parroquia Pascuales en la ciudad de Guayaquil, 2022” enfocado en el estudio de las características urbanas y arquitectónicas. Se investigó los diferentes tipos de mercado en base a su uso.
En base a la metodología, es de carácter descriptivo, cualitativo, documental y de campo. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se elaboraron diferentes objetivos específicos, como estimular la economía local a través de espacios adecuados para el desarrollo de actividades comerciales y de esparcimiento, como también aprovechar las energías renovables en el diseño para contribuir al ahorro energético, además de aplicar el uso de materiales sostenibles para reducir la contaminación ambiental y a su vez consolidar el mercado municipal como un hito de la Coop. San Francisco, generando de esta manera un lugar de encuentro e interacción. El estudio cumplió su objetivo general, el cual es diseñar un mercado municipal que permita el desarrollo económico y sostenible mediante el intercambio de productos para los habitantes de la Cooperativa San Francisco.
This Project shows the “Design of a sustainable market for the Pascuales parish in the city of Guayaquil, 2022” focused on the study of the urban and architectural characteristics. The different types of market were investigated based on their use. Based on the methodology, it id descriptive, qualitative, documentary and field research. In older to carry out this research, different specific objectives were elaborated, such as stimulating the local economy through adequate spaces for the development of commercial and leisure activities, as well as taking advantage of renewable energies in the design to contribute to energy saving, in addition to applying the use of sustainable materials to reduce environmental pollution and in turn consolidate the municipal market as a landmark of the Coop. San Francisco, thus generating a place of meeting and interaction. The study fulfilled its general objective, which is to design a municipal market that allows economic and sustainable development through the exchange of products for the inhabitants of the San Francisco cooperative.
