Resumen
La actitud que toma el paciente frente a la tuberculosis y ante la continuidad de su tratamiento es indispensable para alcanzar un estado óptimo de salud, por lo cual deben implementar cambios positivos en su conducta. El objetivo de esta investigación es el describir la actitud de los pacientes con tuberculosis en la continuidad de su tratamiento identificando sus tipos de actitud para la derivación de componentes de la misma. El método indicado para la realización de este estudio fue el cualitativo, donde se enfoca la descripción interpretativa en la recolección de datos brutos de la investigación para la cual se manejó la guía de observación y la entrevista profunda usando preguntas claves para obtención concreta de información donde cada sujeto de investigación expreso como fue su actitud frente a la continuidad del tratamiento, donde se obtuvo la información necesaria para la categorización de datos, llegando a la conclusión que la mayor parte de los entrevistados, expresan actitudes negativas al inicio de su tratamiento, por lo que se recomienda que el profesional ayude al paciente a favorecer una actitud positiva y logre culminar el tratamiento.
The attitude that the patient takes against tuberculosis and the continuity of their treatment is essential to achieve an optimal state of health, so they must implement positive changes in their behavior. The objective of this research is to describe the attitude of patients with tuberculosis in the continuity of their treatment by identifying the types of attitude for the derivation of the same components. The method for this study was qualitative, where the interpretive description focuses or the collection of raw data, for which an observation guide and deep interview were managed using key questions for obtaining specific information where each subject research expressed how it was their attitude towards the continuity of treatment where the necessary information for the categorization of data, was obtained coming to the conclusion that most of those interviewed, expressed negative attitudes at the start of their treatment, so it is recommended professional help for the patient to encourage a positive attitude and achieve the completion of the treatment.
