MOTIVACIÓN HACIA EL FÚTBOL PROFESIONAL EN JUGADORES DE LA CATEGORÍA 2005 DEL CLUB LEÓN DE JUDÁ

Resumen
La motivación es uno de los aspectos más importantes de evaluar para que un jugador tenga un buen rendimiento en el terreno de juego y así logre alcanzar sus metas deportivas. Es por esto, que el presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como objetivo describir la motivación hacia el fútbol profesional de los jugadores de la categoría 2005 del Club León de Judá, para este estudio se seleccionaron 6 jugadores, que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión cuyas edades oscilan entre los 17 y 18 años. Se utilizó metodología cualitativa de alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental y con corte transversal. Los diferentes instrumentos aplicados para obtener la información necesaria fueron: La Escala de Motivación Deportiva (EMD), una Entrevista Semiestructurada y un Grupo Focal, que por medio de estas se obtuvieron resultados los cuales indican que los jugadores se encuentran motivados intrínseca y/o extrínsecamente, aunque existen situaciones que los llega a amotivar.
