Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación busca evidenciar La percepción sobre las creencias o mitos en los procedimientos de punción lumbar que tienen los pacientes con VIH/SIDA en la sala de varones 2 del Hospital de Infectología Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña, el cual se desarrolló mediante un estudio de tipo cualitativo ya que para lograrlo fue esencial tomar en cuenta la opinión de los sujetos involucrados. Se aplicó el método fenomenológico para captar la realidad que experimentan los sujetos a estudiar, sin modificar la esencia de las cosas. Los sujetos de estudio fueron tres pacientes con diagnóstico de VIH/SIDA de la sala
de varones 2. Como técnica de recolección de datos utilizamos la observación directa, seguida por una entrevista no estructurada realizada a los sujetos de estudio, previo a la firma del consentimiento informado en la cual se resguardo la identidad de los informantes aplicando el rigor científico. Los resultados obtenidos los analizamos en forma de categorías y subcategorías para finalmente formar un modelo teórico. Como conclusiones tenemos que los sujetos de estudios se sienten influenciados por las creencias manifestadas por sus compañeros sobre las consecuencias de la realización del procedimiento, en algunos casos negándose a realizarlo. Manifestaron que las creencias son temor a quedarse inválidos, o no volver a caminar por algunos días posteriores a realizarse dicho tratamiento. Se recomienda dar a cada uno de los pacientes con VIH/SIDA el cuidado según la necesidad en cuanto a sus creencias y costumbres en un marco de respeto precautelando la vida he implementar nuestros cuidados acertadamente sin influir en sus credos, siendo reciproco el cual dará mejores resultados en el tratamiento terapéutico que reciben.
The present research work seeks to evidence the perception of beliefs or myths in the lumbar puncture procedures of patients with HIV / AIDS in the room of men 2 of the Hospital of Infectology Dr. Jose Daniel Rodriguez Maridueña, which was developed through A study of qualitative type since to achieve it was essential to take into account the opinion of the subjects involved. The phenomenological method was applied to capture the reality experienced by the subjects to study, without modifying the essence of things. The study subjects were three HIV / AIDS patients from the boys' room 2. As a data collection technique, we used direct observation, followed by an unstructured interview with study subjects, prior to the signing of the informed consent in Which safeguards the identity of the informants applying the scientific rigor. The results obtained are analyzed in the form of categories and subcategories to finally form a theoretical model. As conclusions we have that the subjects of studies are influenced by the beliefs manifested by their companions on the consequences of the accomplishment of the procedure, in some cases refusing to realize it. They said that beliefs are a fear of becoming disabled, or not walk again for a few days after the treatment. It is recommended to give each of the patients with HIV / AIDS the care according to the need in terms of their beliefs and customs in a framework of respect, taking care of life and implementing our care correctly without influencing their creeds, being reciprocal which will give better Results in the therapeutic treatment they receive.
