Los principales desafíos de los derechos humanos en frente a las nuevas tecnologías

Resumen
En la actualidad, el Ecuador se rige bajo la constitución de la república del 2008, que
es, en esencia garantista de derechos, en una situación donde el mundo está en constante
evolución, constante cambio y el derecho no es la excepción, por su característica de la dinamia,
donde se enfrenta a los desafíos actuales de la observancia, respeto, cumplimiento y protección
de los derechos humanos ante el desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías.
Mediante la investigación y análisis profundo de las circunstancias del desarrollo
global, esto servirá, para que la población, pueda tener entendimiento, comprensión y una
concepción pura, de cómo sus derechos fundamentales, pueden llegar a ser vulnerados,
amenazados o transgredidos y la determinación de qué medidas pueden utilizar para evitarlo.
La aplicación de manera rutinaria, específica y técnica, para poder identificar cuáles
son los derechos humanos que son propensos a ser amenazados en un mundo cambiante,
dinámico y tecnológico; de igual forma como la normativa, tanto nacional e internacional,
pueden ser un apoyo eficaz y eficiente, para poder solucionar esta problemática socio
comunicacional.
Estas nuevas tecnologías, avances tecnológicos e imposiciones de información y
comunicación, repercuten socialmente, generando un impacto positivo o negativo, que estará
dependiendo de la manera en que son empleados y utilizados, donde en ocasiones se puede
identificar, o como también no se las puede reconocer a simple vista, por estar inmiscuida en
la cotidianidad o en la rutina, fruto de la dependencia creada por la innovación.
Por medio de estudio de caso de la normativa actual, se permite el poder identificar
estas problemáticas tecnológicas generadas, y así plantear posibles soluciones con la finalidad
de salvaguardar y proteger los derechos humanos.

These new technologies, technological advances and impositions of information and communication, have social repercussions, generating a positive or negative impact, which will depend on the way in which they are used and used, where they can sometimes be identified, or how they cannot be identified. recognize at first glance, because it is involved in daily life or routine, the result of the dependency created by innovation.
