Alignment and occlusion of the teeth are very important in masticatory function. The core activities of chewing, swallowing and phonation greatly depend not only on the position of the teeth in the dental arches, but also the relationship of opposing teeth when they come into occlusion. The positions of the teeth are not so by chance, but by many factors that control them, as the width of the arch and the size of the teeth. It also influenced a number of control forces, such as those created by surrounding soft tissue. The factors and forces that determine the position of the teeth in the dental arches. The alignment of the teeth in the dental arches is the result of complex multi-directional forces acting on the teeth during and after eruption, upon the eruption of the teeth they take a position in which opposing forces are in balance. The main opposing forces come from the surrounding musculature, and these are buccally lips and cheeks that provide forces lingually quite mild but steady and on the opposite side is the language that produces forces in labial and buccal direction. These forces are also quite intense to move the teeth. In the present study evaluated the physiological determinants of occlusion to establish the charges in the diagnosis oclusalke4s development and adaptation of the denture fixed. For which we made a descriptive research, analytical, documentary and literature, supported by the treatment of patients in the clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry. Graduate School for the duration of the Diploma 2009-2010
