La comunicación asertiva, a través del diseño gráfico en la unidad educativa Carlos Calderón Chico de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental
facilitar y complementar a la comunidad educativa divida en docentes,
autoridades, representantes legales y estudiantes un instrumento gráfico,
didáctico, concreto y pedagógico que genere el interés por indagar, la
técnica de la comunicación asertiva, la cual es inusual de observar en la
actualidad debido a la escasa propagación del tema. Con esta estrategia
se logrará el incremento de nuevos conocimientos que permitirán mejorar
las relaciones interpersonales en los lectores con el propósito de
perfeccionar la conducta y reforzar los valores que son impartidos desde
el hogar. Mediante la observación se pudo llegar a la conclusión que en la
Cuidad de Guayaquil existe un déficit por emplear la comunicación
asertiva, es por ello que este material es un buen recurso que servirá
como soporte para la propagación y ejecución de esta técnica de estudio.
La investigación se basa en el método inductivo, deductivo con la
ejecución de la investigación descriptiva, cualitativa y bibliográfica. Se
procedió a determinar la población de la Escuela “Carlos Calderón Chico”
del cual se extrajo la muestra considerada como no probabilística para así
continuar con el siguiente proceso que consiste en desarrollar el
instrumento de la investigación como lo es la encuesta, con los
resultados obtenidos se justificó la propuesta y se corroboro la viabilidad y
aceptación de la misma con el fin de realizar una guía grafica didáctica
dirigida a niños de 10 a 12 años, que permita el desarrollo de la
Comunicación Asertiva.
This research project's main purpose facilitate and complement the educational community divided into teaching, authorities, legal representatives and students a graphical tool, didactic and pedagogical generating concrete interest in investigating the Assertive communication technique, which is unusual to see in the today due to poor propagation issue. With this strategy the increase of new knowledge that will be achieved will improve interpersonal relationships in order to readers improve behavior and reinforce the values that are taught from home. By observing it was possible to conclude that the City of Guayaquil there is a deficit for using communication Assertive, which is why this material is a good resource that will as support for the propagation and execution of this study technique. The research is based on inductive, deductive method with the execution of descriptive, qualitative and bibliographic research.
