Resumen
La elaboración de este proyecto de investigación es fortalecer el lenguaje culto al utilizarlo en la comunicación verbal, permitiendo una mejor interrelación en el grupo social, aplicado en los estudiantes de octavo año básico de la Unidad Educativa Dr. Francisco Arizaga Luque. El diseño desarrollado se destaca el método deductivo, el cual determinó que el fortalecer el lenguaje verbal permite que las relaciones interpersonales entre estudiantes y docentes mejoren y a su vez evitar degradar el lenguaje culto. Al determinar la situación institucional se comprobó que existe un alto uso de vulgarismos por parte de los estudiantes, deformar el lenguaje causa controversia al transmitir un mensaje, hasta tal punto de llegar a provocarse conflictos entre ellos, creando una rebeldía en el medio social, degradando su cultura y personalidad, a más de uno son influenciados a comportarse vulgarmente ante sus superiores. No se ha podido establecer un valor concreto sobre el alto uso de vulgarismo en la comunicación verbal por el cual hacen uso los estudiantes, la investigación que se usó es de campo, descriptivo, correlacional y bibliográfico. Se delimitó la población de la Unidad Educativa y la muestra se determinó del tipo no probabilístico para docentes y muestra probabilística para estudiantes, se aplicó las técnicas de observación, entrevista y la encuesta, los resultados reflejaron el uso excesivo de vulgarismos en la comunicación verbal esto permite justificar la propuesta del diseño y elaboración de un software didáctico interactivo como recurso multimedia para concientizar el vulgarismo en los estudiantes, este permitirá que los estudiantes empiecen mejorar sus relaciones interpersonales, a usar un lenguaje culto y generar una comunicación más fluida.

Has not been able to establish a specific value on the high use of vulgarisms in verbal communication through which students make use of the research field used is descriptive, correlational and literature. The population of the Education Unit was delimited and the sample was determined the non-probabilistic probability sample for teachers and for students, the techniques of observation, interviews and the survey was conducted, the results reflected the excessive use of slang in this verbal communication can justify the proposed design and development of an interactive educational software and multimedia resource for the vulgarism awareness in students, this will allow students to begin to improve your relationships, to use a refined language and generate better communication.
