Resumen
El presente estudio evalúa el actual estado habitacional de las comunas
de la Península de Santa Elena, en cuanto a calidad y tipo de viviendas existentes, el
estudio tiene como partida identificar y entender los problemas y necesidades que
tienen los pobladores peninsulares al momento de levantar una vivienda o que
sobrellevan en el caso de viviendas ya construidas.
En el estudio se busca alternativas para solucionar las problemáticas
que existen en las viviendas que presentan irregularidades tanto constructivas como
arquitectónicas.
Reconocer la importancia de considerar el tema habitacional en esta
región del país y solucionar las contrariedades que presentan es uno de los objetos a
considerarse en la investigación que se desarrollara en campo. Al tomar en cuenta
estos aspectos se busca generar soluciones mediante un prototipo habitacional que
den distintas sensaciones y que a su vez sean confortables tomando en cuenta
parámetros no solo de la arquitectura tradicional, sino con conciencia ecológica.
En el Capítulo I, están las definiciones y criterios aplicados al diseño
previo a prototipos de viviendas ecológicas que nos servirá como plataforma para
impulsarnos a la creación, producción, promoción y/o difusión de la importancia de
sustentabilidad en viviendas.
This study evaluates the current state of the housing districts of the Peninsula of Santa Elena, in terms of quality and type of existing homes, the study is starting to identify and understand the problems and needs that the mainland people when lifting a home or cope in the case of existing homes. In the study looking for alternatives to solve the problems that exist in homes that have both constructive and architectural irregularities. Taking in to account these aspects is to generate solutions through a housing prototype that give different sensations and which in turn are comfortable taking in to account parameters not only of traditional architecture, but with ecological awareness.
