Resumen
La implementación de este proyecto permitirá dotar al Departamento de Consejería Estudiantil (DECE) de la Unidad Educativa República de Venezuela de herramientas y mecanismos que le permita abarcar de manera oportuna, situaciones que emergen en el contexto educativo. Aplicando una serie de estrategias teóricas y técnicas al abordaje de las diferentes acciones puntuales y delimitadas, que tienen como objetivo mejorar su desempeño en el apoyo constante y sostenido a los estudiantes. Llevando un mejor control del sistema de archivo tradicional, que actualmente se maneja en el proceso de generación de reportes de seguimientos y demás actividades que son realizadas con los estudiantes, disponiendo de un Portal Web y Aplicativo Móvil que se encontrara en línea y accesible para el asesoramiento rápido y oportuno de forma automática a las autoridades del plantel y padres de familia para que sepan cómo actuar y las medidas que deben de tomar en casos de problemas en reincidencia de los estudiantes ayudando a su crecimiento continuo y profesional.
The implementation this project will provide the Department of Counseling Student (DECE) of the Educational Unit Republic of Venezuela with tools and mechanisms that allow you to cover in a timely manner, situations that emerge in the educational context. By applying a series of strategies theoretical and technical to the approach of the various specific actions and delimited, that aim to improve its performance in the constant and sustained support to the students. Being a better control of the system of traditional file, which are currently handled in the process of automatic generation of reports of stalking, and other activities that are carried out with the students, having a Web Portal and Applicative Mobile that will be online and accessible to the advice fast and timely automatically to the authorities of the school and parents so that they know how to act and the measures to be taken in cases of problems with recurrence of the students helping to its continued growth and professional.
