Resumen
La presente tesis consiste en el análisis de la norma NTE INEN ISO 13606 parte 1 y 5 para determinar la factibilidad de implementarse en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil. Mediante la indagación de la investigación se pudo conocer que el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil tiene establecida sus propias normas y políticas con la finalidad de cubrir las necesidades que demanda el centro hospitalario. En el trabajo investigativo usted podrá encontrar información relevante del proceso de elaboración y aprobación de documentos normativos para la norma ISO 13606, así como el tiempo que se llevó a cabo para su adopción desde su inicio hasta la publicación en el Registro oficial, la formación del Comité Técnico, la revisión de la norma y sus campos de aplicación, análisis del sistema informático del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil en relación a la HCE y su estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de la normativa. Para efectos de estudio se entrevistó a las personas representantes de las entidades involucradas como el Ministerio de Salud Pública, Instituto Ecuatoriano de Normalización y el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil. Concluir señalando que la estandarización de las HCE contribuye de gran manera en la evolución del buen servicio sanitario.
This thesis is the analysis of the standard NTE INEN ISO 13606 Part 1 and 5 to determine the feasibility of being implemented at the University Hospital of Guayaquil. Through the investigation of the investigation it was learned that the University Hospital of Guayaquil has established its own rules and policies in order to meet the needs demanded by the hospital. In the research work you can find relevant information in the process of drafting and approval of policy documents for the ISO 13606 standard as well as the time it was carried out for adoption from inception to publication in the official register, training Technical Committee, the revised standard and its fields of application, analysis of the computer system of the University Hospital of Guayaquil in relation to the HCE and feasibility study for the implementation of the regulations. For purposes of the study it was interviewed people involved representatives of entities such as the Ministry of Public Health, Ecuadorian Standardization Institute and the University Hospital of Guayaquil. Conclude by saying that the standardization of EHR contributes greatly to the development of good health service.
