dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación es un análisis de la producción y comercialización de la cadena agroindustrial de miel de abeja en la provincia del Guayas, la metodología empleada fue de tipo cualitativa y cuantitativa, debido que la finalidad de la investigación es analizar el mercado de este producto, mediante la aplicación de instrumento de investigación como es encuestas, entrevistas tanto a consumidores como productores. Por medio de estadísticas de fuentes oficiales hemos realizado la comparación de año base 2015- 2020 como una evolución y mejora para este sector productivo gracias a varios factores ocurridos en los últimos años como entre ellos la pandemia mundial demostrado así en las investigaciones realizadas y por los demás instrumentos de investigación, también se ha denotado el bajo apoyo económico por parte de entidades fundamentales para el desarrollo de este sector productivo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research work is an analysis of the production and commercialization of the agribusiness chain of honey in the province of Guayas, the methodology used was qualitative and quantitative, because the purpose of the research is to analyze the market of this product, through the application of a research instrument such as surveys, interviews with both consumers and producers. By means of statistics from official sources, we have made the comparison of the base year 2015-2020 as an evolution and improvement for this productive sector thanks to several factors that have occurred in recent years, such as the global pandemic, thus demonstrated in the investigations carried out and by the Other research instruments, it has also been denoted the low economic support on the part of fundamental entities for the development of this productive sectores_ES
