Resumen
RESUMEN
Esta investigación se desarrolló en la Hcda. AlberyCaro del cantón Colimes provincia del Guayas. Ubicada en el km 3 vía Chumbo - Colimes, cuyas coordenadas geográficas son: 1º 30‘30” de latitud Sur, y 80º 0’52” Según el análisis descriptivo todas las fuentes de variación en los porcentajes de proteínas no fueron representativos, excepto el tratamiento cuatro (T4) que alcanzo el 2,42 % siendo el porcentaje más alto. En los porcentajes obtenidos en ceniza el mayor valor lo obtuvo el tratamiento uno (T1) con el 3,10 %. En los porcentajes de fibra cruda obtenidas en esta investigación el mayor valor fue para el tratamiento dos (T2) con el 11,83 %. Los porcentajes de materia seca más alto promedio lo obtuvo el tratamiento dos (T2) con un 75,52 %. Las características organolépticas presentadas por los ensilajes elaborados fueron catalogadas entre excelente a buena.
