dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como fin específico sobre un Plan de Negocios para crear un centro de rehabilitación dedicado para adolescentes con problemas de drogadicción en el cantón Salitre, ya que para justificar la existencia del centro de rehabilitación se investiga la situación actual del sector y así identificar los clientes potenciales y competidores para este tipo de negocio. Se realizará un estudio de mercado para captar cuantos adolescentes tienen problemas de drogadicción especialmente dirigido entre 10 a 17 años de edad, ya que ellos son una pieza muy importante dentro de nuestra sociedad, pero por motivos ligados a la mala comprensión en el hogar, violencia intrafamiliar, maltrato en los centros de estudios o mala relación con las personas que los rodean, proveen a malas decisiones abrumadoras para ellos y son presa fácil de entrar a este mundo de adicción sin tener fuerza de voluntad y dejar de usarla por sí mismos. Mediante la realización del estudio técnico se brindará un servicio especializado y garantizado de los tratamientos, especificando paso a paso el plan que ofrecerá para los adolescentes que integren el centro. Aportando mejoras en el entorno social, sin mayores incidencias en el medio ambiente, con el fin de darle a la empresa viabilidad y gran sostenimiento a lo largo del tiempo en el mercado. Además, se determinará la inversión a realizar mediante un estudio económico en cuanto a tiempo y costo de los recursos a utilizar y así poner en marcha este plan de negocio para tener cifras aceptadas, dando como resultado un margen de ganancia muy bueno y aceptable de acuerdo a la situación actual del país y del servicio.es_ES
