Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito analizar
las causas que provocan la falta de motivación de los estudiantes de
décimo año del colegio “Vicente Rocafuerte” de Guayaquil .Dicha
desmotivación incide en el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes,
que justamente se encuentra en la etapa de la adolescencia (13-15
años de edad). Este proyecto utilizará investigación bibliográfica
documental, además se realizará investigación de campo, utilizando
encuestas y entrevistas a educandos y profesores, las mismas que
serán analizados de forma cuantitativa y cualitativa. Esta
investigación es de suma importancia porque al identificar las
causas de la desmotivación en los adolescentes podemos orientar a
los docentes que trabajan con dichos estudiantes y mejorar el nivel
de aprendizaje. Este proyecto también propone el diseño de un
programa de actividades extracurriculares como: teatro, música,
pintura, danza folklórica, etc., que favorecerán el desarrollo de la
personalidad de los estudiantes y por ende se sentirán muy
motivados para el aprendizaje significativo. Así tenemos que los
beneficiarios de esta investigación y propuesta serán los estudiantes
de décimo año del colegio antes mencionado.

This research work make an analyze about the things that causes the absent of motivation in the tenth course students of “Vicente Rocafuerte” School of Guayaquil. This no motivation affects the students’ learning level who are just at that time in their adolescence stage (13-15 years old).This project will use documental bibliographic research, besides it’ll make in site research, doing surveys, interviews to the teachers and pupils. The results will be analyze in a qualitative and quantitative form. People object of this in site research is formed by 200 students of tenth course. I’ll take a sample 0f 40 students.This research is very important because knowing the causes of the no motivation in adolescents we can guide to the teachers who work with those students and in this way it can improve the learning level.This project also proposes the design of an extracurricular activities program such us: theater, music, paint, folkloric dance, journalism, etc., which favor the students’ personality and obviously they will feel very motivate to the significant learning. In this way the beneficiaries of this research and proposal will be the tenth course students of the school before mentioned.
