Resumen
El presente trabajo, tiene por propósito resaltar las ventajas y desventajas
que conllevan el uso y aplicación de las Tecnologías de la Información y
Comunicación “TIC”, en la fundamentación de la Educación a Distancia. La
metodología se basará en un estudio bibliográfico – documental, llegando al
nivel explicativo. Para la recopilación de los datos se utilizara el sistema de
revisión, clasificación y análisis de sus contenidos de una manera crítica y
constructiva. La elaboración del texto responderá a un guión de contenidos;
sus beneficios podrán ser observados en un futuro no muy lejano, mediante el
cambio y mejoramiento del nivel académico de maestros y alumnos; así como
de toda la comunidad, que verá en sus habitantes una forma distinta de hacer
las cosas, con un alto grado de calidad y productividad.
The present work, must by intention at a distance emphasize the advantages and disadvantages that entail the use and application of the Technologies of the Information and Communication “TIC”, in the founding of the Education. The methodology will be based on a bibliographical study - documentary, arriving at the explanatory level. For the compilation of the data the revision system would be used, classification and analysis of its contents of a critical and constructive way. The elaboration of the text will respond to a script of contents; their benefits could be observed in the future not very distant, by means of the change and improvement of the academic level of teachers and students; as well as of all the community, that will see in its inhabitants a different form make the things, with a high degree of quality and productivity.
