Resumen
El tema del estrés es frecuentemente manejado tanto por artículos
periodísticos, revistas populares y por reportes científicos. Las
preguntas básicas para comprender el tema son pocas: ¿qué es el
estrés?, ¿qué reacciones tenemos cuando experimentamos estrés?,
¿Se puede afirmar que niños y niñas también padecen estrés bajo
condiciones difíciles?
De hecho niños y niñas pueden mostrar diferentes modos de
reaccionar frente al estrés; además éste juega un papel importante
en las causas y el mantenimiento de problemas emocionales, y
puede afectar en el desarrollo del aprendizaje del preescolar. Tanto
los padres, profesionales de la salud y profesores, así como las
personas que están presentes en las relaciones del niño y de la niña,
deben acercarse a la compresión del estrés para tener un mejor
panorama de la salud mental del niño y la niña en la familia, buenas
relaciones sociales y mejoramiento en el funcionamiento escolar.
¿Cómo se puede ayudar a los niños y niñas a enfrentar el estrés? El
descanso adecuado y la nutrición correcta, una buena crianza,
conocer e incorporar en el proceso de aprendizaje técnicas
alternativas antiéstresantes como la danza, el baile, el juego y la risa
pueden aumentar las habilidades para enfrentar las situaciones
estresantes.
The proyect is necessary for the teaching formation in which ever level and manner, considering that in order to face the changes and transformation that society demandas, there is a need to know and understand creativity like the dinamic element of which ever education system and it is its social responsibility to ciclo the construction of a progressive future. Its necessary that a reacher be flexible, creative, and a promoter in developing creative learning situations in order that the student thinks, feels and actualizes creativity in relation with his personality. The competancies present in a person allow for sinccessiful acriviries. The role of the developers is to help the students “learn to learn” mediating critical activities and applications, and that consider their characteristics (central formation the student) in an active and interdisciplirary process for the information so that they on construct their own knowledge and so they den´t limit them selves to have a simple passive memorization of information. The diversity of students and educational situations counsel the developes to take advantage of the multiple available in order to personalize the teacher´s actions to collaborate with others to maintain on invetigative attitude sharing, observing and refleacting about the didatic action, and to serach for better ways in the circunstantial agreements
