dc.description.abstractLa investigación de este proyecto esta relacionado con la evaluación de los factores de riesgo mecánicos que se encuetran expuestos los docentes, secretarias, inspectores y estudiantes del pabellón “B” de la “Academia Naval Almirante Illingworth”, ya que el objetivo central era evaluar los peligro o riesgos dependiendo de las actividades o cargo que desempeñan a traves de la metodología de evaluación de riesgo William T Fine, el cual para la mitigación de los riesgos existente se hicieron mediones y evaluaciones de control en el que se observaron que el sistema de seguridad industrial era ineficiente debido a su bajo indicador, tomando en cuenta que no se han hecho evaluaciones en los cargos mencionados anteriormente y posterior no se han realizado acciones correctivas y preventivas de los riesgo presentes. Con la propuesta de aplicación del estudio de esta investigación se determina alternativa de solución para reducir problemas que pueden causar perjuicios ecónomicos para la institución ya sea este por incumliento de la normativa legal vigente o por accidentes de alto potencial, donde se establece medidas de control, prevención y seguiento al sistema de seguridad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe investigation of this project is related to the evaluation of the risk factors that are exposed the teachers, secretaries, inspectors and students of flag "B" of the "Academia Naval Almirante Illingworth", since the central objective is to evaluate the hazard or risks depending on the activities or positions they carry out through the risk assessment methodology William T. Fine which is used for the mitigation of the existing risks, measurements and control assessments were made in which the in which industrial safety system was observed to be inefficient due to its low indicator, taking into account that no evaluations have been made in the aforementioned positions and there have been no corrective and preventive actions of the present risks. With the proposed application of the study of this research, an alternative solution is determined to reduce problems that can cause economic damage to the institution, either for non-compliance with current legal regulations or for high potential accidents, where control measures established, prevention and monitoring of the security system.es_ES
