dc.description.abstractSiendo la ganadería una de las principales actividades económicas del país, se vuelve indispensable el contar con centro donde se procese el ganado para su posterior comercialización, el proyecto pretendo contribuir a la disminución de afecciones de salud en la población causadas por el deficiente proceso de faenamiento de reces y cerdos en el cantón “El Triunfo”, mediante la implementación de un rastro municipal, el cual supla la demanda de ganado vacuno y porcino existente en el cantón y demás sectores aledaños. Para la realización del rastro municipal, se obtuvo información mediante entrevista a las autoridades encargadas del sacrificio animal en el cantón El Triunfo y encuesta a pobladores y comerciantes del cantón, se obtuvo la demanda de ganado en el cantón y las necesidades físico espaciales del rastro. Considerando criterios de Sanidad, Manejo ambiental, Accesibilidad y correcto proceso de sacrificio animal, se perpetra una propuesta arquitectónica en base a las necesidades físico espaciales, inclusión de áreas verdes, infraestructura de calidad y ahorro energético.es_ES
dc.description.abstractBeing livestock one of the main economic activities of the country, it becomes essential to have the center where cattle is advanced for further commercialization, the project aims to contribute to the reduction of health conditions in the population caused by the deficient process of slaughter of reces and pigs in the canton "El Triunfo", through the implementation of a municipal trail, which suplans the demand for cattle and swine in the canton and other surrounding sectors. For the realization of the municipal trail, information was obtained by means of the interview to the authorities in charge of the animal sacrifice in the canton El Triunfo and the survey to the populations and the merchants of the canton, the demand of cattle in the canton and the physical needs was obtained of the trail. Health Criteria, Environmental Management, Accessibility and correct process of animal sacrifice, an architectural proposal is made based on spatial physical needs, inclusion of green areas, quality infrastructure and energy savings.es_ES
