dc.description.abstractEl estudio realizado de titulación bajo el tema rediseño del sistema de control de inventario en la bodega de almacenamiento SORCAR, se realiza bajo la hipótesis de no existencia de un módulo de reorden, para realizar requerimientos de producto a bodega del proveedor, generando pérdidas económicas estimadas de $ 51424, en un solo periodo, información obtenida basado en encuesta a 240 clientes interno y externo de la empresa, identificando los siguientes problemas relevantes como son: Corte de existencias de productos, productos registrados en base de datos sin existencia física, sin stock de productos más vendidos, software Hivipro no posee un módulo de punto de reorden, ventas no realizadas por falta de existencias, siendo estos los principales problemas identificados con una pérdida económica y como propuesta se establece la creación del Módulo de Punto de Reorden. Para saber con exactitud la rotación de los productos y evitar el desabastecimiento del almacén.es_ES
