Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación se ha planificado para dar a conocer la propuesta del diseño de una ruta turística gastronómica en la ciudad de Samborondón mejorando el nivel de afluencia de turistas y visitantes nacionales y extranjeros, con la finalidad de que tengan experiencias inolvidables, conocimiento de la riqueza cultural y natural, sus costumbres y tradiciones que aún mantienen los samborondeños y las actividades turísticas que se pueden realizar en este lugar. La investigación presenta una metodología de enfoque mixto, utilizando métodos teóricos y empíricos, asimismo usando diferentes técnicas como encuestas, entrevistas y observación directa, los cuales contribuyeron al desarrollo y finalidad de la investigación. La muestra de 347 visitantes se obtuvo aplicando la fórmula finita, tomando en cuenta el registro mensual de turistas y visitantes que llegan al Antiguo Palacio Municipal “Casa Museo”. Con los resultados obtenidos de los métodos aplicados se pudo definir claramente el diagnóstico situacional del fenómeno estudiado
This research work has been planned to present the proposal of the design of a gastronomic tourist route in the city of Samborondón, improving the level of influx of domestic and foreign visitors, with the purpose of having unforgettable experiences, knowledge of the cultural and natural wealth, its customs and traditions that still maintain the samborondeños and the tourist activities that can be realized in this place. The research presents a methodology of mixed approach, using theoretical and empirical methods, also using different techniques such as surveys, interviews and direct observation, which contributed to the development and purpose of the research. The sample of 347 visitors was obtained by applying the finite formula, taking into account the monthly registration of tourists and visitors arriving at the Old Municipal Palace “House Museum”. With the results obtained from the applied methods, it was possible to clearly define the situational diagnosis of the studied phenomenon.
