dc.description.abstractLa isla Santay es un sitio turístico en el que se evidencia una disminución de turistas debido a varios factores, por lo que existe la necesidad de repotenciar el turismo mediante el emprendimento de observacion de aves. El objetivo del proyecto fue realizar un plan financiero mediante la matriz costo-beneficio para la construcción de una Torre de avistamiento de aves. La metodología aplicada fue la investigación descriptiva para identificar los factores que incidirán en este emprendimiento y los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron las entrevistas y encuestas con el fin de obtener información acerca del interés y expectativas de los turistas por disfrutar del aviturísmo, dando como resultado que el 57,80% de las personas observan aves una o dos veces al año. Finalmente se realizó la matriz costo-beneficio cuyos resultados concluyeron que por cada dólar invertido retornará $1,21, lo cual hace atractivo el proyecto. Se sugiere establecer alianzas estratégicas y promocionar la Isla.es_ES
dc.description.abstractSantay Island is a tourist site where there is a decrease in tourists due to several factors, so there is a need to repower tourism through the undertaking of bird watching. The objective of the project was to make a financial plan through the cost-benefit matrix for the construction of a bird sighting tower. The methodology applied was descriptive research to identify the factors that will affect this endeavor and the data collection instruments were interviews and surveys in order to obtain information about the interest and expectations of tourists to enjoy the aviturism, resulting in that 57.80% of people observe birds once or twice a year. Finally, the cost-benefit matrix was made, whose results concluded that for every dollar invested, $ 1.21 will be returned, which makes the project attractive. It is suggested to establish strategic alliances and promote the Island.es_ES
