dc.description.abstractEl estudio se enfoca en el cantón de Durán donde actualmente realiza sus actividades la Municipalidad de Durán que se encuentra ubicado en la Cdla. Abel Gilbert III, Bloque C30, C31 y C32. Con esta investigación, se busca comprender cómo algunas edificaciones han logrado permanecer vigentes en el tiempo, así el entorno haya sido transformado para responder a las necesidades cambiantes de una población dinamizadora de los espacios que habita. Como problematica tenemos la flata de estudios de transformacion arquitectonicas y urbanas en nuestro entorno de educacion. Una vez estudiado el lugar y dialogado con los diferentes usuarios del munici ¬pio de Duran, se procederá a la observación de transformación, mediante la implementación del método Evaluación Post Ocupación (EPO), que permitirá evaluar las condiciones de las edificaciones durante un tiempo determinado, para garantizar de esta manera, que las nuevas actividades que se efectúen cumplan con los parámetros de diseño.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe study focuses on the canton of Durán where currently the Durán Municipality is located that is located in the Cdla. Abel Gilbert III, Block C30, C31 and C32. This research seeks to understand how some buildings have managed to remain valid over time, thus the environment has been transformed to respond to the changing needs of a population that energizes the spaces it inhabits. As problematic we have the flata of studies of architectural and urban transformations in our educational environment. Once the place has been studied and dialogue with the different users of the municipality of Duran, we will proceed to the observation of transformation, through the implementation of the Post Occupancy Evaluation (EPO) method, which will allow to evaluate the conditions of the buildings during a given time. , to guarantee in this way, that the new activities that are carried out comply with the design parameters.es_ES
