dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación se enfocará en el control de calidad de las mezclas asfálticas caliente en obra y en planta de fabricación que se utilizó para la obra Fabricación y Colocación De Mezcla Asfáltica Caliente en el Sector 37-38 (Bloque 3 4) Bastión Popular, con el objetivo que la carpeta asfáltica cumpla sus especificaciones técnicas y sus años de vida útil. Ya que este es un método constructivo muy rápido, económico y muy empleado en nuestro país. Por lo que se procedió a la realización de ensayos al cemento asfaltico, tales como: penetración, ductilidad, punto de inflamación, combustión, peso específico. Ensayos a la mezcla asfáltica caliente, tales como: Rice, extracción de asfalto, granulometría, Marshall, módulo de rigidez. También se realizara control de temperaturas en obra para su compactación y después se realizó extracción de núcleo y densidades, para saber si cumple con las especificaciones técnicas basadas en la MOP – 001 – F – 2002, sub adyacente 405 – 1 Y 405 – 5 . Se revisa el diseño del fabricante para ver si concuerda con los resultados de los ensayos realizados durante este proyecto de titulación. Para efectos de este trabajo se realizó una lista de verificación también llamado check-list que servirá como ayuda al momento de realizar los ensayos para la recopilación de información práctica y precisa sobre los resultados de los ensayos realizados tanto en obra como en planta.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work of titulación will focus in the quality control of the asphalt mixtures hot in work and in plant of manufacture that was used for the work Manufacture and Placement of Asphalt Hot Mix in the Sector 37-38 (Block 3-4) Bastion Popular, with the objective that the asphalt folder meets its technical specifications and its years of useful life. Since this is a very fast, economic and very used constructive method in our country. Therefore, tests were carried out on asphalt cement, such as: penetration, ductility, flash point, combustion, specific gravity. Tests to the hot asphalt mixture, such as: Rice, asphalt extraction, granulometry, Marshall, rigidity module. Temperature control will also be carried out on site for its compaction and then extraction of the core and densities will be carried out, in order to know if it complies with the technical specifications based on the MOP - 001 - F - 2002, sub adjacent 405 - 1 and 405 - 5. The manufacturer's design is reviewed to see if it agrees with the results of the tests carried out during this titration project. For the purposes of this work, a checklist was made, also called check-list, which will serve as help when carrying out the tests for the compilation of practical and precise information on the results of the tests carried out both on site and in the plant.es_ES
