dc.description.abstractEl proyecto investigativo Implantación del Sistema de distribución de medicamentos por dosis unitarias para las áreas del Hospital Básico de San Lorenzo – Esmeraldas, fue estructurado conociendo los antecedentes presentados a través del sistema actual con el que cuenta la farmacia hospitalaria para controlar la distribución y dispensación de medicamentos por dosis unitarias y otros agentes internos presentados en el área de gineco- obstetricia donde se enfocó y orientó la muestra de este estudio. El objetivo general del proyecto fue elaborar e implementar un nuevo Sistema de distribución de medicamentos, el mismo que se sustenta a través de metodologías exploratoria y experimental desarrollada con la investigación cuali-cuantitativa, de campo y bibliográfica. Entre los principales resultados alcanzados tenemos el de haber encontrado algunos de los puntos claves y a la vez críticos por la forma en cómo se han estado distribuyendo y dispensando los medicamentos y las dosis unitarias. Entre las conclusiones tenemos el haber fundamentado a través del marco conceptual nuestra propuesta, haber conocido la situación actual mediante el análisis, diagnóstico y estudio de campo para luego representarlos de forma gráfica y que luego fueron interpretados sus datos. También se puso a prueba y en marcha el sistema propuesto de esta investigación los seis primeros meses del año en curso. Es idóneo indicar con precisión que la novedad científica del estudio fue que utilizamos una técnica también conocida como regresión lineal simple para pronosticar y proyectar los resultados a corto y mediano plazo y comprobar lo positivo de la hipótesis.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe research project Drug distribution system for the gynecological-obstetric area of the Hospital Básico de San Lorenzo - Esmeraldas, which is also the subject of the proposal, was structured knowing the background information presented through the current SDMDU that the hospital pharmacy has. To control the distribution and administration of drugs and other internal agents presented in the obstetric-gynecology area, the general objective of the study was to develop and implement a new drug distribution system, which is supported by exploratory and experimental developed with qualitative- quantitative, field and bibliographic research. Among the main results achieved we have found some of the key points and at the same time critical due to the way in which the drugs and the unit doses have been administered. Among the conclusions we have to have based our proposal through the conceptual framework, to have known the current situation through analysis, diagnosis and field study and then represent them graphically that were later interpreted; The SDMDU proposed by me these six months of the current year was also put to the test and put into operation. It is ideal to indicate precisely that the scientific novelty of the study was that we used a technique also known as simple linear regression to forecast and project the results in the short and medium term and verify the positive of the hypothesis.es_ES
