Resumen
Este trabajo monográfico tiene como objetivo, evidenciar la
importancia de un Programa de Seguimiento a Egresados en las
Instituciones de Educación Superior, tomando en consideración que
el seguimiento de los egresados se contempla como un indicador de
desarrollo institucional. Se establecerá una metodología para la
realización de estudios a egresados y empleadores, señalando las
directrices y acciones básicas del programa, a fin consolidar la
institucionalización del Seguimiento a Egresados. Previamente al
establecimiento de la metodología, se tratará sobre la importancia
del seguimiento a egresados y se definirá el compromiso de la
universidad con sus egresados. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo
utilizaremos el método descriptivo, basado en un estudio
bibliográfico-documental, para la recopilación de datos se utilizará
fichas bibliográficas, nemotécnicas.
