dc.description.abstractLa presente propuesta de la asesoría tributaria constituye en primer lugar a un trabajo inédito, ya que tiene como objetivo que los habitantes del cantón Puente Lucia tengan conocimientos y creen conciencia tributaria de los problemas que pueden tener por la falta de cumplimiento con los entes reguladores. Se ha visto por conveniente llevar a cabo el presente proyecto señalando que la tributación como fenómeno no solo económico y político tiene implicaciones socio-culturales que es necesario tomar en cuenta, a la vez esta se constituye como una obligación y responsabilidad que a su vez se constituye un derecho sin precedentes. Es decir, la tributación consiste en el pago de las obligaciones económicas sino por el contrario tiene una importancia y trascendencia que va mas allá del simple hecho de la recaudación tributaria.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present proposal of the tax adviser constitutes in the first place an unpublished work, since its objective is that the inhabitants of the corner Bridge Lucia have knowledge and they create tributary awareness of the problems that can have for the lack of fulfillment with the regulating entities. It has been considered appropriate to carry out the present project noting that taxation as a phenomenon not only economic and political has socio-cultural implications that it is necessary to take into account, at the same time this is constituted as an obligation and responsibility that in turn constitutes an unprecedented right. That is to say, the taxation consists in the payment of the economic obligations but on the contrary it has an importance and transcendence that goes beyond the simple fact of the tax collection.es_ES
