dc.description.abstractDesarrollar un prototipo de sistema para el proceso de llamamientos de la Armada del Ecuador que permita automatizar el flujo actual que se maneja, permitiendo tener más control y seguridad en cada llamamiento, desde la creación de reclutamiento, fases, usuarios, documentos y validaciones. Este prototipo incluirá un portal web, en donde los aspirantes se registran en el sistema y mediante notificaciones le llegará a su correo personal las credenciales para que puedan ingresar y dar seguimiento a los resultados de cada fase del llamamiento que se ha inscrito y así saber si continúa o no en el proceso. Finalmente, se logrará agilizar la selección de los aspirantes y optimizar el tiempo de la creación de un llamamiento.es_ES
