Importancia del desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional en el aprendizaje.

Resumen
El tema de investigación se escogió por la problemática que se evidencia actualmente en los niños de la Escuela de Educación Básica Fiscal Nicolás Augusto González, ya que los estudiantes del subnivel II reflejan una baja predisposición para aprender, debido al limitado desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional, ya que el estado de ánimo y la actitud son fundamental para que los estudiantes aprendan. Por otra parte, la inteligencia emocional en los niños debe ser desarrollada a temprana edad con la finalidad de que haya un aprendizaje significativo. Se realiza el estudio del problema en el primer capítulo, se plantean objetivos y la operacionalización de las variables, luego en el marco teórico se recopila información de las variables del tema que ayudará a conocer más sobre la inteligencia emocional con la finalidad de influir en el control de emociones y resolver conflictos en diferentes situaciones de la vida. En la metodología se escogen los tipos de investigación que fundamentan el presente trabajo, se realizan encuestas que son representadas en tablas y gráficos cuyos resultados son tabulados y analizadas, así también la encuesta a la autoridad para buscar soluciones positivas para los estudiantes. Al final se elabora la propuesta que es la guía para docentes con estrategias que pueden ser empleadas a los niños y que promuevan valores que fortalezcan la inteligencia emocional.
The research topic was chosen because of the problems that are currently evident in the children of the Nicolás Augusto González Fiscal Basic Education School, since the students of sublevel II reflect a low predisposition to learn, due to the limited development of emotional intelligence, since mood and attitude are essential for students to learn. On the other hand, emotional intelligence in children must be developed at an early age in order for there to be meaningful learning. The study of the problem is carried out in the first chapter, objectives and the operationalization of the variables are proposed, then in the theoretical framework information is collected on the variables of the subject that will help to know more about emotional intelligence in order to influence the control emotions and resolve conflicts in different life situations. In the methodology, the types of research that support the present work are chosen, surveys are carried out that are represented in tables and graphs whose results are tabulated and analyzed, as well as the survey of the authority to seek positive solutions for the students. At the end, the proposal is elaborated, which is the guide for teachers with strategies that can be used to children and that promote values that strengthen emotional intelligence.
