To improve port facilitation, and likewise broadly supporting private initiative for granting port services provided, considering what the Constitution of Ecuador provides. The State reserves the right to manage, regulate, control and manage the strategic sectors, in accordance with the principles of environmental sustainability, precaution, prevention and efficiency. This incentive for international companies to invest in Ecuador likewise improved port services through the private sector by 70%, the Shipping and consolidators and importers found a necessary solution to optimize process times, applying control and coordinate logistics work operations from leaving port to its final destination. This research arises when considering necessary to avoid a conflict given the lack, in some cases, logistics in international maritime transportation by some operators, which mostly occur due to misinformation, ie the need for a reliable data set, where they can use immediately to get organized, updated and detailed information. In situations (the private business sector) that prevent achieving meaningful learning in future graduates, majoring in Foreign Trade, is the lack of support from the government, not to designate funds to educational research to the demands of the trainer and career foreign trade. Then there are teachers who also need to be updated and be able to teach a class with methods and learning resources appropriate to the needs of logistics and transport. This paper summarizes research that unawareness in the students towards the importance of logistics in shipping, will directly affect the country's economic and social system
