Resumen
Este proyecto educativo previo a obtener el Grado de Magister
determinó que las metodologías de los docentes en el aula de la
Institución educativa en donde se investigó, es un factor que se
ajusta y suscita a la realidad y relaciones entre maestros,
estudiantes, autoridades y padres/madres de familia. Ante esta
problemática se determinó las causas del problema, planteando las
variables, para luego ser apoyada la investigación de manera
científica mediante el estudio y aplicación de líneas teóricas, se
utilizó una metodología documental, bibliográfica como de proyecto
factible, esto permitió la aplicación de encuestas en la investigación
de campo, llegando a conclusiones y recomendaciones. La
propuesta elaborada de diseño de una guía de estrategias
participativas para los docentes está inducida para un ambiente de
mejoramiento académico en forma positiva y activa en el aula
escolar como elemento que naturalmente desemboca en un
desarrollo académico, afectivo y calidad para cada estudiante.

Faced with this problem it was determined the causes of the problem, considering the variables, and then be supported in a scientific research through the study and application of theoretical lines, we used a methodology documentary, bibliographic and feasible project, this allowed the use of surveys in field research, drawing conclusions and recommendations. The proposal put forward in designing a participatory strategy guide for teachers is induced to an environment of academic improvement in a positive and active in the classroom as an element that naturally leads to academic, emotional and quality for each student.
