Resumen
El propósito de la investigación consiste en analizar un estudio de las empresas familiares
de sectores marginales del Guayas. Donde podremos explorar las situaciones que atraviesan,
como administran y distribuyen su tiempo para lograr mantenerse en una posición
económicamente estable con sus familias. Para realizar los hallazgos se hicieron entrevistas
cualitativas con muestras, por conveniencia de dos casos de estudio de empresas familiares.
Utilizamos el software NVIVO, para estudiar paso a paso las reacciones de los entrevistados,
asignando códigos para poder identificar las características principales de nuestro estudio
investigativo. Analizando las coincidencias y los atributos que posee cada caso. Realizamos este
trabajo revisando la literatura de varios autores, para fundamentar la investigación aportando a
futuros hallazgos.
The purpose of this research is to analyze a study of family businesses in marginal sectors of Guayas. Where we will be able to explore the situation they are going through, how they manage and distribute their time to manage to stay in an economically stable position with their families. To carry out the findings we conducted qualitative interviews with convenience samples of two case studies of family businesses. We used NVIVO software to study step by step the reactions of the interviewees, assigning codes to identify the main characteristics of our research study. Analyzing the coincidences and attributes that each case possesses. We carried out this work reviewing literature of several authors, to support the research, contributing to future findings.
