| dc.description.abstract | En un mundo cada vez más global es muy habitual encontrar innovaciones digitales las cuales ayudan al aprovechamiento de oportunidades que no estaban incluidas dentro del negocio, para esto se deben revisar los procesos y actividades con el fin de obtener más beneficios al implementar nuevas tecnologías dentro de las organizaciones, es por ello que por medio de un proceso de Transformación Digital se permita automatizar procesos, reducir los costos y asegurar una mayor eficiencia. La Transformación Digital es personalizada y se adecúa al ritmo de la compañía, por lo tanto permite que sea viable dentro de los procesos de verificación de convenios del área Categorías de la empresa DIFARE S.A., por otra parte es muy importante romper los paradigmas entre proveedores y en especial el personal de Categoría para que tengan una participación activa durante la implementación del nuevo proceso de verificación por medio del software ENCUESTAS MÓVILES y para ello se explica en qué consiste este cambio y los beneficios que se van a obtener. | es_ES |
