dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de investigación se lo realizó con la ayuda de personas con criterio formado, estudiantes universitarios y docentes de la Universidad de Guayaquil Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencia de la Educación, que pertenece a la carrera de Mercadotecnia y Publicidad. El propósito indagatorio fue, obtener información de la población, con el fin de analizarla, obteniendo así, que tan ardua y amplia es la producción académica que se lleva, característica principal del tema; la información fue recopilada a través de encuestas adaptadas a los estudiantes y docentes. Es impresionante saber que la motivación por desarrollar conocimientos innovadores, y la colaboración (docentes, estudiantes, sociedad) existe dentro de la cultura investigada , pero por causas como el desconocimiento, la falta de tiempo, el correcto uso de las fuentes de información permite que los resultados de las investigaciones referentes a la especialidad, puedan ser sociabilizados como parte de la solución alternativa al problema investigado, la cual, a su vez, para que tenga una mayor verificación de validez, se la sometió a ser analizada por expertos dentro del área de la investigación, obteniendo resultados positivos, lo que eleva la posibilidad la aplicación de la productividad académica misma que evoca una idea potencial de producción pero también significa el resultado objetivado del trabajo en la academia que se materializan en textos, estrategias de enseñanza, técnicas de investigación entre otras, mediante el cual se pretende dar pautas que permitan destruir las barreras a la superación y desarrollo personal y profesional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe research work was carried out with the help of people with trained criteria, university students and teachers from the University of Guayaquil Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Educational Science, which belongs to the Marketing and Advertising career. The investigative purpose was to obtain information from the population, in order to analyze it, thus obtaining how arduous and extensive the academic production is, the main characteristic of the subject; The information was collected through surveys tailored to students and teachers. It is impressive to know that the motivation to develop innovative knowledge, and collaboration (teachers, students, society) exists within the culture under investigation, but for reasons such as ignorance, lack of time, the correct use of information sources allows the results of the investigations referring to the specialty, can be socialized as part of the alternative solution to the investigated problem, which, in turn, in order to have a greater verification of validity, was submitted to be analyzed by experts within the area of research, obtaining positive results, which raises the possibility of the application of academic productivity itself that evokes a potential idea of production but also means the objectified result of work in the academy that materializes in texts, teaching strategies, techniques of research among others, through which it is intended to give guidelines that allow destroying the barriers s to self-improvement and personal and professional development.es_ES
