dc.description.abstractEste proyecto de investigación se centra en identificar los factores de riesgo que provocan lumbalgias mecánicas en los tutores asistenciales asociado a las transferencias de pacientes hemipléjicos que acuden al Área de Terapia Ocupacional del Hospital de Especialidades “Teodoro Maldonado Carbo. Debido a que no se encuentran capacitados de cómo transferir al paciente de una superficie a otra aplicando la técnica adecuada dejando como consecuencias limitaciones para realizar sus actividades cotidianas y su productividad laboral. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo y diseño cuantitativo porque se obtuvo resultados estadísticos a través de las encuestas con una muestra de 27 tutores asistenciales de pacientes hemipléjicos según el análisis demostró que el hospital debe brindar una guía didáctica para transferencia de pacientes hemipléjicos lo cual es viable con la finalidad de facilitar un material de apoyo promoviendo la salud y prevenir posibles lesiones de columna siendo la más común la lumbalgias de tipo mecánicas.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research project is focused on identifying the risk factors that cause mechanical back pain in tutors associated to the transfusions of hemiplegic patients who come to the Occupational Therapy Area of the "Teodoro Maldonado Carbo Specialties Hospital. Because they are not trained how to transfer the patient from one surface to another applying the appropriate technique leaving as consequences the limitations to perform their daily activities and their labor productivity. The type of research is descriptive and quantitative design because statistical results were obtained through the surveys with a sample of 27 care tutors of hemiplegic patients according to the analysis showed that the hospital should provide a didactic guide for transfer of hemiplegic patients which is viable With the purpose of facilitating a support material promoting health and prevention of possible spinal injuries, the most common being low back paines_ES
