alternativa escogida.
The objective of this thesis is: Optimize line Cell production 3 CRIDESA plant to increase its supply capacity and market requirements. to diagnose the current situation of the company has considered each of the factors production, as they are half raw material, human resources, work environment and processes using flowcharts, of travel, plant layout and flowcharts. The main problems detected in the study are the capacity constraints of the oven and formed lines that will not allow the supply of the market demand for glass containers and high retained or rework rates, which have resulted annual losses in the amount of $ 103,912.55, for which it was necessary using the SWOT matrix, Ishikawa diagrams and Pareto discovering further operational inefficiency of 9.14%. solutions chosen to address the problems have been increasing sections formed in line, going from 22 sections in all 3 cells up to 26 sections with the proposal and the expansion of the oven from 235 tons per day to 265 tons per day. The cost of solutions amounted to $ 943,808.79, of which $ 936,625.66 represent fixed and $ 7,183.13 investment operating costs. the solutions proposed in this project are recovered in a period of 4 years and 11 months, generating an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 26.85% and Net Present Value (NPV) of $ 1,980,947.66, with a coefficient benefit cost 2.11, increasing the efficiency of 90.86% to 92.51%, increasing production by 10% and reducing waste 2.75%, which demonstrates the technical feasibility - the economic alternative chosen.
