| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de titulación hace referencia de la importancia de mejorar la estructura organizativa existente dentro de la Casa De La Cultura Núcleo Del Guayas, y así poder manejar satisfactoriamente los objetivos planteados para los procesos bibliotecario diseñando un manual de actividades en el cual este reflejado cada proceso del espacio bibliotecario que la biblioteca gestione, el desarrollo de la propuesta fue aplicado en la biblioteca de la institución antes mencionada, en la cual se llevó acabo el procesamiento de los fondos existentes utilizando las técnicas y recomendaciones que dicto la encargada siguiendo parámetros establecidos de acuerdo al fondo existente, además de realizar técnicas para uso de la sala, como resultado se obtuvo un manejo adecuado de dichos fondos y de las actividades existentes, el presente manual constara como una herramienta que facilite el adecuado control de este espacio bibliotecario.
