dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de titulación se ha realizado bajo la metodología de sistematización de experiencias, desde el enfoque histórico-cultural, de campo cualitativo. Aclarando que sistematizar un proceso permite generar teorías desde la práctica basados en la reorganización de experiencias. El contenido aquí reunido se encuentra orientado hacia el estudio de los valores, actitudes y su relación con el perfil del psicólogo en formación, experiencia de la que se basó este proceso. Dentro de la cual se expusieron las fuentes de apoyo como las memorias técnicas de las practicas pre profesionales IV, entrevistas individuales y circulares (estudiantes y docentes), grupos focales, y grupos de trabajo. La información obtenida sirvió para responder a la pregunta eje planteada, la cual corresponde a ¿Cuáles son los valores de los estudiantes de Psicología de Sexto Semestre de la Universidad de Guayaquil?, con el objetivo principal de conocer en primera instancia y describir académicamente los valores de los estudiantes del Sexto Semestre, buscando el fortalecimiento de programas tendientes a la maduración psicoafectiva de los mismos. Para llegar a la respuesta de la pregunta eje se requirió la elaboración de un marco conceptual de referencia (revisión literaria) sobre la Axiología, la perspectiva psicológica de los valores; la formación de los valores; la caracterización y clasificación de los valores, entre otras. Considerando finalmente que en la interacción del sujeto con el medio social que le rodea se forma el significado personal del valor, por lo que fue primordial la capacitación previa y el manejo de una comunicación asertivaes_ES
dc.description.abstractThis academic degree work is carried out has been carried out under the methodology of systematization of experiences, from the historical-cultural approach, of qualitative field. Clarifying that systematizing a process allows theories to be generated from practice in the reorganization of experiences. The content gathered here is oriented towards the study of values, attitudes and their relationship with the profile of the psychologist in training, the experience on which this process was based. Within which the sources of support were exposed such as the technical reports of the pre-professional practices IV, individual and circular interviews, focus groups and working groups. The information obtained served to answer the question asked, which corresponds to What are the values of the Sixth Semester Psychology students of the University of Guayaquil? With the main objective of knowing in the first instance and describing academically the values of the students of the Sixth Semester, looking for the strengthening of the programs tending to their psycho-affective maturation. To arrive at the answer to the main question, the development of a conceptual framework of reference (literary revision) on Axiology, the psychological perspective of values, was required; the formation of values; characterization and classification of values, among others. Finally considering that the personal meaning of value is formed in the interaction of the subject with the surrounding social environment, so prior training and management of assertive communication was essentiales_ES
