Resumen
La propuesta del trabajo de titulación propone diseñar los espacios interiores y exteriores del Centro Educativo – Cultural denominado Complejo Cultural, se ubica en la provincia Los Ríos, en el cantón Vinces; a través de una investigación descriptiva y analítica en conjunto con la recopilación informativa permitiendo conocer teorías y requerimientos funcionales y estéticos, que reflejen las carencias y necesidades de los espacios tales como: falencias de criterios interiorismo del área administrativa del complejo, mobiliario funcional que brinden un sitio de trabajo óptimo, espacios vegetativos de contemplación, entre otras, en las instalaciones escogidas; área administrativa y jardines exteriores. La propuesta proyecta una adecuación que resguarde un entorno idóneo, confortable y cultural de acuerdo con la infraestructura, con el fin de potenciar las cualidades del complejo mediante conceptos y materiales vanguardistas. Alcanzando soluciones estético/funcional para el interior y exterior siguiendo influencias modernas y ambientales que generarán mejoras en calidad laboral del personal y afluencia de visitantes.

This capstone, final degree project, aims to design the interior and exterior spaces of the Educative-Cultural Center named Complejo Cultural, located in Vinces, Los Ríos province, through an analytical and descriptive investigation with the informative compilation allowing to know theories and functional and aesthetic requirements that exhibits the shortcomings and needs of these spaces such as the criteria for the interior development of the center's administrative area, the functional furniture that provides an optimal working environment, garden with contemplation areas, among others, inside the chosen facility. Because of this, it is projected an adequacy that guards an ideal, comfortable and cultural environment according to the infrastructure, with the end of maximize the qualities of the complex through concepts and avant-garde materials, achieving aesthetic-functional solutions for the interior and exterior areas following the modern and environmental influences that will generate improvements in the work quality of staff and influx of visitors.
