Resumen
Cada mercado está conformado por diversos factores que hace que todo proyecto que se
desee poner en marcha se deba analizar a profundidad, previo a la decisión de invertir. En
la actualidad el sector empresarial afronta varios cambios, uno de los más destacados es la
economía de los países, donde los estudios previos a implementar un proyecto empresarial
deben someterse a estudios de mercados, estudios técnicos, estudios administrativos y
estudios financieros; con el propósito de tomar un panorama más amplio para tomar la
decisión de inversión. Por lo antes mencionado, en este plan de negocios de una panadería
y pastelería “Bocapan” en la parroquia Tarqui de la ciudad de Guayaquil, se tomaron las
siguientes consideraciones: las expectativas del mercado en relación a los productos que se
desean ofertar, gracias a las encuestas efectuadas a los estudiantes de la Universidad de
Guayaquil, se pudo conocer la variedad de productos, la frecuencia de compra, los niveles
de competencia, entre otras variables que sirvieron de base para realizar el plan de
negocios. También el estudio técnico permitió conocer cada recurso para cubrir la
demanda establecida, en relación de la capacidad que posee la panadería y pastelería, los
lineamientos administrativos y financieros se acoplaron a la distribución física del local, el
aspecto más importante es la evaluación de financiero, donde, mediante proyecciones
realizadas en relación a la demanda y a la cantidad de productos que pueden ser
comercializados se pudo determinar que el proyecto es factible y atractivo para
inversionistas.
